Mission Statement

Jackson Community Federal Credit Union is a member owned financial service organization.  Our mission is to meet members' financial needs through quality service at the best value, to encourage thrift savings and the wise use of credit while maintaining financal stability for our credit union.

Any person who lives, works, worships, attends school or is a member of any organization in Jackson County Michigan can join Jackson Community Federal Credit Union.


We have one location to serve all of your banking needs:

Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  (Drive thru only)

Jackson Community Federal Credit Union is governed by an elected board of volunteers who set the policies and procedures for the operation of the credit union.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange an annual audit of the credit union and report the audit findings

  • Monitor the Board of Directors financial decisions

  • Monitor the internal controls of the credit union

  • Ensure that the credit union is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

  • Review all new policies and changes to credit union procedures

  • Ensure that practices safeguard the credit union assets
